Steady As She Goes For Bauer Through The Month Of May
LAKE CITY, Mich. (May 25, 2024) Five events in the month of May with just as many top tens, and a top five to open the 2024 season, Cody Bauer hit the track this past weekend at Tri-City Motor Speedway and Merritt Speedway.
A look back his last few outings, the season started May 11 at Crystal Motor Speedway with an eight place fun in late Model competition. May 17 at Tri-City with UMP Late Models yielded a sixth place showing with the next night at Merritt the high point so far with bronze podium showing.
Focusing on this past Friday and Saturday night, the season's second showing at Tri-City ended with a one position gain to seventh in the feature event on Friday. Onward to Merritt on Saturday, the feature started from the front row, but ended with an eighth place finish.
