Bauer sidelined while running third at Tri-City Motor Speedway

Cody Bauer entered a single event over the weekend with a visit to Tri-City Motor Speedway (Auburn, Mich.) on Friday to pilot his Tommie Bauer Excavating No. 19x Late Model.

Joining 18 Late Models, Bauer backed up the second-fastest qualifying effort in his group with a third-place finish in his heat. Pinned on the fifth row for the A-Main, Cody was sidelined with three laps remaining in the 30-lapper while running third.
